Every product undergoes a rigorous 5-step QC process.

1. Fabric Inspection — weight, color, shrinkage, tensile strength testing.

2. In-Line Check — random sampling at cutting, sewing, finishing.

3. Pre-Final — measurements, stitching, labels at 80% completion.

4. Final QC — AQL 2.5 standard inspection on completed batch.

5. Packing Audit — quantities, size ratios, carton markings.
